Wendy is originally from Guatemala. She began her studies in business administration at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín ( https://www.ufm.edu) and then completed her degree at the University of Alabama, graduating with honors, Summa Cum Laude, and continued with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the Alabama School of Law, graduating with honors, Cum Laude. Finally, she attended several business growth programs at Stanford University.

Throughout her career, she has significantly contributed to the growth of Hispanic businesses in the U.S., guiding them in many administrative and legal aspects.

Her experience spans both law practice as a partner in prestigious law firms and internal roles in leading companies, such as Tesla, where she served as Managing Counsel – Global Immigration, demonstrating her versatility and extensive experience in both legal and business advisory realms.
