Wendy is originally from Guatemala. She began her studies in business administration at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín (https://www.ufm.edu), and then completed her degree at the University of Alabama, graduating with honors, Summa Cum Laude, and continuing with a doctorate in jurisprudence, J.D. from the Alabama School of Law, graduating with honors, Cum Laude. Finally, taking several business growth programs at Stanford University.
Throughout her career, she has contributed significantly to the growth of Hispanic businesses in the US, guiding them in many administrative and legal aspects.
Her experience covers both law practices as a partner in prestigious law firms and internal roles in leading companies, such as Tesla, where she held the position of Managing Counsel – Global Immigration, demonstrating her versatility and extensive experience in both the legal and business fields and business consulting.
